Fort Wayne Pagan Pride Day 2018 is in its fifth year of bringing a better understanding of Paganism to the community we live and work in. It is a main goal to provide programming and vending that is welcoming to Pagans and non-Pagans alike and to foster acceptance of everyone.
Fort Wayne Pagan Pride Day started in 2014 at Memorial Park in Fort Wayne with a small group of community-minded Pagans. Over the next two years, it grew big enough to need a larger space, and in 2016, moved to Shoaff Park. The first featured presenter, in 2016, was Selena Fox, priestess and founder of Circle Sanctuary Nature Preserve in Barneveld, Wisconsin.
The hope is to grow Fort Wayne Pagan Pride Day every year, to include featured presenters from around the country as well as the talents of Pagan entertainment.
Pagan Pride Day is celebrated across the United States and in countries around the world, as a way to celebrate all things Pagan. For more information, please check out Pagan Pride Project.
