Event FAQ’s

Q: When is the event?
A: Fort Wayne Pagan Pride Day 2024 will be held on Saturday, August 24th from 11am to 6pm

Q: Where is the event taking place?
A: As usual, Fort Wayne Pagan Pride Day will take place at Conklin Pavilion in Shoaff Park. 6401 St. Joe Road, Fort Wayne, IN 46835

Q: What is the entry fee/suggested donation?
A: Fort Wayne PPD is a FREE event open to the public!

Q: How can we donate to Fort Wayne PPD?
A: You may donate monetarily by visiting our donate page, or if you would like to donate your time helping on the day of the event, you may choose to fill out our volunteer application!

Vendor FAQ’s

Q: What time can vendors set up on the day of the event?
A: Please refer to the most current Fort Wayne PPD Vendor Contract for this information.

Q: When do vendors need to be ready to open on the day of the event?
A: Please refer to the most current Fort Wayne PPD Vendor Contract for this information.

Q: When are vendors allowed to begin tear down on the day of the event?
A: Vendors may begin tear down at the listed event ending time. Please refer to the most current Fort Wayne PPD Vendor Contract for more specific times.

Q: How big are booth spaces?
A: Single booth spaces, regardless of whether they are inside or outside, are 10ftx10ft

Q: What is the cost per space for inside/outside booths?
A: Please refer to the most current Fort Wayne PPD Vendor Contract for this information.

Q: How much do I owe for my booth spaces?
A: Your vendor fees owed should be calculated and sent to you by our vendor coordinator when your application is approved.

Q: Where do I pay once my application has been accepted to vend at FWPPD?
A: You may send your vendor fees to the FWPPD PayPal.
